Barista - Starbucks - Part Time

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Aramark's King City Campus location. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve specialty drinks, teas, and other beverages to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and surrounding areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate a register/POS system, handling cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Count, organize, and balance cash drawers, filling out cashier slips and making deposits as needed.
- Adhere to Aramark's cash handling policies and procedures.
- Set up and break down coffee bars, stations, or stores, including cleaning and sanitizing.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, adhering to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Stock beverage coolers, grab-and-go items, service ware, and condiments as needed.
- Follow recipes and prepare food items in line with location standards.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Previous cash handling experience preferred.
- Previous experience as a barista preferred.
- Basic math and counting skills required.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Ability to follow required dress code and maintain a professional appearance.
- Ability to read and communicate in English and follow recipes.
- Complete Food Handling Certification as required.
