Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Esso Gas Station. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Manage Staff
- Lead and motivate a team of sales staff, apprentices, and other support staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and coach staff to improve their skills and productivity.
- Operational Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the gas station, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
- Ensure that all sales and customer service transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Inventory Management
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent losses.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales data, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Transportation and Logistics
- Ensure that all transportation and logistics operations are conducted safely and efficiently.
- Manage the scheduling and coordination of transportation and logistics activities.
- Work Environment
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Education
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail or gas station management role.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
