We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team at Milano's Ristorante Ltd. as a key member of our food preparation team.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Cuisine Specialties: Prepare and cook Italian cuisine dishes to our high standards.
As a Line Cook at Milano's Ristorante Ltd., you will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, standing for extended periods and working under pressure to meet demanding service standards.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and lift heavy equipment.
- Personal Qualities: Dependability, initiative, organized, reliability, and a team player attitude.
