Role Overview

At Hearing Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist or HIS - Clinician to join our team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clinicians across Ontario to share best practices and enhance clinical skills
  • Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge industry techniques and technology to provide the best possible care for our patients
  • Support ongoing education, training, and growth opportunities to ensure continuous improvement
  • Maintain strong patient relationships from initial consultation to successful resolution of hearing challenges
  • Conduct comprehensive test batteries and provide counseling, dispensing of hearing aids, and follow-up care
  • Participate in ongoing research to advance the field of audiology
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Audiology
  • Licensed by CASPLO/AHIP and ADP
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients and counsel according to their specific needs
  • Analytical, attention to detail, and strong follow-through skills
  • Caring and compassionate customer approach, patience, and listening skills
  • Persuasive skills to influence outcomes
  • Accountability and ownership, results-oriented
  • Adaptable and organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
