- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and waste, while estimating the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Budgeting: Prepare budget proposals and cost estimates to manage departmental expenses effectively.
- Food Preparation Oversight: Supervise the assembly of food trays and the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely service.
- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
This position is set in a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure. The role involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, along with bending, crouching, and kneeling.
