Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Sales Supervisor to join our team at Point of Contact (POCO) ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing sales teams, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and tasks to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
