Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including supervising office support staff and ensuring that procedures are followed.
    • Establish and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Financial Management
    • Assist with budgeting and financial planning, including preparing and managing budgets and financial reports.
    • Oversee payroll administration and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
    • Prepare and disseminate reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
