Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Leopold's Tavern Sage Hill is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy kitchen.
  • Requisition Supplies: Order and manage food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train new staff members in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high quality standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
Work Environment:

As a Food Service Supervisor at Leopold's Tavern Sage Hill, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You must be able to stand for extended periods and maintain attention to detail.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
