Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with colleagues to design, develop, and implement technical projects, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Operate, maintain, and repair various mechanical equipment, instruments, and tools, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Conceive and manufacture custom equipment, apparatus, and prototypes, utilizing advanced materials and techniques.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide technical support and training to colleagues and students, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Participate in research projects, contributing to the development of new technologies and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes and systems, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, applying knowledge to improve processes and products.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in mechanical engineering and fabrication.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CAD design software, such as SolidWorks, and programming languages, such as LabVIEW.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
