As a Showroom Host, you will be the face of our company, responsible for creating an outstanding experience for our discerning clients. Your exceptional communication skills, strong background in client relations, and ability to think critically will be essential in ensuring the success of this role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Actively approach, engage with, and assist customers, ensuring their individual needs are met and exceeding their expectations.
  • Enquiry Management: Accurately assess client needs and respond to digital, phone, and in-person enquiries regarding our services and products.
  • Client Satisfaction: Direct and seat clients to the appropriate department, ensuring their needs are addressed and their satisfaction is maximized.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, administrative, and specified departments to achieve individual and team-based objectives and performance goals.
  • Customer Retention: Foster an environment where clients are always at the forefront, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

We welcome candidates with:

  • Completion of a two-year apprenticeship program or a college program in front desk operations or hotel management.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the luxury retail and fine hospitality industry.
  • Lifelong learners with strong critical thinking skills and excellent time management.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and intercultural skills.
