Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Manitoba Ltd. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our database system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter data according to specified format and verify accuracy and completeness of data
  • Store, update and maintain databases, ensuring data is up-to-date and accurate
  • Create digital records using a scanner and transfer handwritten data to Excel or Word documents
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, as well as answer electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory, ensuring a well-stocked office environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
