Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team at THE NEW SANDHU AND COMPANY LTD.

Job Summary:

The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our database, maintaining records, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter data into our database with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain and update records as needed
  • Perform general office duties, including answering phones and responding to emails
  • Transfer data between software systems
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of data
  • Store, update, and maintain databases
  • Perform backup procedures to ensure data preservation
  • Perform general office duties, including filing and scanning documents
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in data entry or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
