Job Title: Food and Beverage Server

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Roadside Willies Smokehouse & Bar. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
