Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Design Professional to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing buildings, developing plans, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development
    • Conceptualize and design buildings, developing plans describing design specifications, building materials, costs, and construction schedules.
    • Generate building plans and detailed drawings to be used by contractors and tradespersons.
  • Project Management
    • Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
    • Supervise the preparation of drawings, specifications, and other construction documents for use by contractors and tradespersons.
  • Client Communication
    • Consult with clients to determine the type, style, and purpose of renovations or new building construction being considered.
    • Negotiate contracts with clients, focusing on design, construction time, price, or other relevant factors.
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise technologists, technicians, and other architects, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Master's degree or equivalent experience in architecture or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Skills
    • Proficiency in architectural software programs, including AutoCAD, Autodesk REVIT, and SketchUp.
    • Excellent communication and project management skills.
    • Ability to work in a team environment and lead projects from start to finish.
