Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve exceptional customer service and sales results.
  • Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational plans to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of supplies.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, responding promptly to complaints and concerns.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices for food and other supplies.
  • Catering and Events: Coordinate catering and events, ensuring that all logistical arrangements are made.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth and development, working closely with the management team to implement new initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field, such as hospitality or business.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
