As part of Northern Health's integrated system of primary care, we are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our team at GR Baker Memorial Hospital. This is a contract opportunity for $275,468 for 1 year.
About the RoleWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to provide primary care services to our patients. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals working together to address urgent community care needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, health assessments, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
GR Baker Memorial Hospital is a 45-bed acute care facility that provides a range of services, including internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, general surgery, and psychiatry. The hospital has recently undergone a $27 million expansion to its Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit.
