About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pharmacist to join our team as a Bilingual Pharmacy Strategy Specialist. As a key member of our pharmacy benefits management team, you will play a critical role in shaping our pharmacy strategy and ensuring the delivery of high-quality pharmacy services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise in pharmacy strategy and benefits management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement pharmacy benefit plans
  • Conduct formulary reviews and health technology assessments to inform drug benefit decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including plan sponsors, benefits consultants, and pharmacies
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting pharmacy benefits
Requirements
  • Strong working knowledge of the regulatory and competitive environment for prescription drugs and pharmacy benefits
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and self-directed, with a proven ability to make effective decisions and recommendations
  • Written and spoken bilingualism in French and English
  • Licensed pharmacist in good standing to practice in the province of Quebec
