Position Overview
The In-Seat Runner role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless delivery of food and beverages from the kitchen or bar directly to guests' seats or designated pick-up areas. This position emphasizes exceptional guest service and requires collaboration with food expeditors and in-seat servers to guarantee accurate and timely order fulfillment. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining the organization and stock levels of grab-and-go food stations.

Required Qualifications:
Applicants must be at least years of age. Strong interpersonal skills to ensure guest satisfaction. Basic understanding of food and beverage preparation, service standards, and guest relations. Ability to multitask in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Capability to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications. Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Physical ability to lift and transport items weighing up to - lbs., occasionally up to lbs. Sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks, including reaching, bending, stooping, and pushing for extended periods. Capacity to stand and walk for prolonged periods while navigating ramps, stairs, and elevators. Availability to work during sporting events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to collaborate with colleagues to ensure adherence to company service standards.
