Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of food and beverage staff to ensure excellent service and quality standards are met.
  • Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and organization of food and beverage areas, including storage and inventory management.
  • Complete scheduled inventories and stock supplies as needed.
  • Monitor dining areas for seating availability, service, and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in the hiring, training, and development of food and beverage staff.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and guests.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 2 years of related work experience, including supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Supervisory experience in a food and beverage environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages.
