Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at 12607361 Canada Inc. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Scheduling: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  • Work Procedures and Scheduling: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure consistency and productivity.
  • Supervision and Training: Perform same duties as workers supervised, and provide on-the-job training to new staff members, ensuring they understand job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Staff Management: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory and Supplies: Requisition materials and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked and organized front desk area.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit progress reports to management, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a high level of pressure to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work Term: Permanent position with a regular schedule of 32 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English language proficiency is required.
