Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at 12607361 Canada Inc. as a key member of our hotel management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Scheduling: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
  • Work Procedures and Scheduling: Establish and implement work schedules and procedures to optimize hotel efficiency.
  • Staff Supervision: Perform same duties as workers supervised and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Work Assignment and Review: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure high-quality results.
  • Staff Training and Development: Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition materials and supplies to maintain a well-stocked hotel inventory.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit progress and other reports to inform hotel management decisions.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Work Pressure: Work under pressure to meet hotel operational demands.
  • Work Term: Permanent position with a regular 32-hour workweek.
  • Work Language: English language proficiency required.
