Responsibilities

Customer Service Responsibilities
  • Maximize sales potential, adhering to Tommy Hilfiger customer service standards.
  • Establish a loyal customer base through excellent data collection and service.
  • Stay informed about products, promotions, and special events to communicate to customers and drive sales.
  • Consistently promote a positive in-store experience by treating all customers and employees fairly and equally.
  • Maintain excellent coverage of the sales floor, greeting each customer and prioritizing customer needs.
  • Display excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Personal Responsibilities
  • Represent the Tommy Hilfiger brand by maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Demonstrate a professional image and behavior.
  • Be prepared to work a variable schedule, as determined by management.
  • Communicate any concerns to management.
  • Assist in the development of sales associates.
  • Maintain respect within the team, staff, and supervisors.
Operational Responsibilities
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Supervise the sales floor and backroom to prevent losses and notify management of any unusual internal or external activity.
  • Complete the daily opening and closing checklist as prescribed by management to ensure the store is always ready.
  • Process all cash transactions, including those performed by management (refunds, exchanges, merchandise credits, gift cards, and cash box reconciliation).
  • Authorized to reconcile all documentation, when requested: Cash box count, secondary verification of cash in the safe, cash box reconciliation between cashiers.
  • Be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Merchandising and Visual Presentation Responsibilities
  • Ensure continuous and adequate product replenishment on the sales floor.
  • Respect visual presentation standards.
  • Execute markdowns and re-merchandise as needed.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of fixtures, hardware, and overall store cleanliness.
