About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Organic Systems Architect to join our team at Kaayu Technologies. As an Organic Systems Architect, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and operation of common infrastructures and services for our product teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development lifecycle in a continuous deployment context, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of software systems.
  • Provide advisory services on data management, performance, security, and infrastructure management to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Occasionally, analyze and program complex features to support product teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Support internal resources of clients for skills development and work progress, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Ensure the resolution of complex organic issues and coordinate the evolution of the general organic model, driving business growth and innovation.

Deliverables

  • Develop and maintain organic architecture documents, impact analyses, and other relevant documents to support business decisions.
  • Disseminate and explain best practices and organic rules to development teams, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Document the WIKI – DGRI of information of interest concerning client systems and development frameworks, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT development, maintenance, or evolution of systems.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in designing/developing software/organic architecture in IT development or maintenance.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with.Net and Web technologies.
  • Minimum 2 years of practical experience with Visual Studio development software suite and.NET and C# programming languages.
  • Participation in at least one mandate in the development of solutions based on continuous integration processes and tools (DevOps), security, test automation, operation of IT infrastructures, or using Infrastructure As Code or development Pipelines.
