iA Financial Group is seeking a skilled Software Solution Architect to join the IT Solutions & Digital Experience team. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing and implementing innovative solutions for projects, enabling the company to transform its systems and tools for the future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead solution design (architecture lead) for all aspects, including technological, non-functional, and technical requirements.
  • Develop and maintain the global solution architecture documentation, ensuring it serves as the main information vehicle within the architecture process.
  • Ensure the integrity and quality of the end-to-end solution, from design to delivery, including constant validation of the team's understanding of requirements.
  • Contribute to the project's success by managing target schedule, scope, and budgets.
  • Maintain corporate alignment and ensure compliance with prescriptive design guidelines and models.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management informatics, information systems, computer engineering, or software, mathematics, or any other relevant training at the same level.
  • ~12 years of experience in information technology and a minimum of 7 years as an IT architecture professional in various projects and large organizations.
  • Excellent communicator and accessible technical speaker, both with IT teams and business people.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, including SDLC, DevOps, Agile, and LEAN methodologies, and ITIL framework.
