Office Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated **Administrative Assistant** to facilitate efficient operations within our organization. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth communication and coordination among team members.
Educational Requirements- Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university program lasting between 3 months to less than 1 year.
The successful candidate will work in a **business services** setting, contributing to various administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the flow of information and communication within the team.
- Handle incoming mail and distribute materials appropriately.
- Organize and confirm appointments efficiently.
- Respond to telephone inquiries and relay messages accurately.
- Address electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
- Gather and compile data, statistics, and other relevant information.
- Maintain inventory by ordering office supplies as needed.
- Welcome visitors and guide them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Establish and uphold both manual and computerized filing systems.
- Draft and proofread various documents, including correspondence and forms.
- Perform data entry tasks with precision.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to changing tasks.
- Highly organized with a methodical approach.
- A true team player, contributing positively to group dynamics.
- Commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Reliability in completing responsibilities.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- This is a **permanent position**.
