Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated **Administrative Assistant** to facilitate efficient operations within our organization. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth communication and coordination among team members.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university program lasting between 3 months to less than 1 year.
Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the flow of information and communication within the team.
  • Handle incoming mail and distribute materials appropriately.
  • Organize and confirm appointments efficiently.
  • Respond to telephone inquiries and relay messages accurately.
  • Address electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Gather and compile data, statistics, and other relevant information.
  • Maintain inventory by ordering office supplies as needed.
  • Welcome visitors and guide them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Establish and uphold both manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Draft and proofread various documents, including correspondence and forms.
  • Perform data entry tasks with precision.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
