Marketing and Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Business Development Specialist to join our team at Alpha 1 Cabinets Ltd. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit and hire staff to support business growth
- Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing strategies
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our products and services
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures and reports
- Co-ordinate special events and promotions to engage with customers and promote our brand
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of marketing materials to showcase our products and services
- Evaluate customer service and store environments to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a marketing or business development role
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week
- Fluent in English
