About Breezy Beans Ltd

We are a dynamic and fast-paced food service company seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Food Service Attendant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Operate kitchen equipment, such as dishwashers and food dispensers, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and responding to their needs in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance
    • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
    • Restock supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively with other team members to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive work environment.
    • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure their needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
    • Will train on the job.
  • Language
    • English language proficiency required.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
    • Physically demanding, requiring standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads.
