Technical Expert, Completion Systems Integration Specialist

- Collaborate with suppliers on completion mechanical systems projects.
- Chair the Engineering Control Change Board for RFC/RFQ/P&OIAS and PCR technical approval.
- Define technical requirements and lead supplier technical strategies for new systems.
- Lead problem-solving efforts with internal parties and suppliers on a daily basis.
- Negotiate interfaces with other systems/structures and formalize agreements on Interface Control Drawings.
- Lead technical meetings with suppliers and deliver quality engineering documentation that meets Bombardier Standards.
- Chair design reviews and ensure regulatory and industry requirements are met.
- Ensure system components meet technical and certification requirements.
- Act as a technical reference and transfer knowledge through coaching/mentoring within the team.
- A college or University mechanical or aerospace engineering degree or equivalent with over 15 years of relevant experience.
- Detailed technical experience in Challengers and Globals business aircraft interiors; knowledge of multiple Interior Systems.
- Experience working with Enovia/Catia and Teamcenter/NX (GSD, Assy, Part Body, Drafting, etc.).
- Expertise in product structure and aircraft certification.
- Problem-solving skills for complex engineering issues.
- Well-organized and project-oriented.
- Self-motivated, team player able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills, including English writing skills, and good English and French verbal skills.
- Excellent track record of meeting commitments with success.
