Food Service Operations Manager

Chucks Roadhouse is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Cost Control: Analyze and control costs associated with food and other supplies to optimize profitability.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and increase sales.
As a Food Service Manager at Chucks Roadhouse, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, and a team player.
This is a permanent position with 30 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
