Food Service Operations Manager

Chucks Roadhouse is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
- Cost Control: Cost products and services to ensure profitability.
- Regulatory Compliance: Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations.
- Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our services.
As a Food Service Manager at Chucks Roadhouse, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Requirements:- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and a team player.
The language of work is English, and the work hours are 30 hours per week.
