We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Analog Application Engineer to join our team at Renesas Electronics. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing onsite support to our key customers, working closely with design engineers, field applications team, and marketing to enhance and debug analog IC products.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide onsite support for key customers' design and testing, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
* Collaborate with design engineers to develop and debug analog IC products, ensuring they meet the required specifications and performance standards.
* Work with the field applications team to develop application reference circuits, datasheets, and application notes.
* Provide technical support to field application engineers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to effectively support our customers.
* Develop and maintain technical documentation, including datasheets, application notes, and design notes.

### Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 8 years of experience, or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 5 years of experience.
* Proven experience in mixed-signal conditioning (operational amplifiers, comparators) and data transmission in industrial networks (transceivers supporting RS-485/422/232).
* Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Previous experience in a power supply manufacturer or power management IC company is highly desirable.
