Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Analog Application Engineer to join our team at Renesas Electronics Corporation. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing onsite support for key customers' design and testing, working with design engineers, field applications team, and marketing to enhance and debug analog IC products, developing application reference circuits, writing datasheets, application notes, design notes, and providing application support for key customers and field application engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite support for key customers' design and testing.
  • Collaborate with design engineers, field applications team, and marketing to enhance and debug analog IC products.
  • Develop application reference circuits to support product development.
  • Write technical documentation, including datasheets, application notes, and design notes.
  • Provide application support for key customers and field application engineers.
Requirements
  • BSEE Degree with 8 years of experience or MSEE or higher required with 5 years of hands-on experience.
  • Experience in mixed-signal conditioning (operational amplifiers, comparators) and data transmission in industrial networks (transceivers supporting RS-485/422/232).
  • Fluent communication skills in English.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Previous experience in a power supply manufacturer or power management IC company desired.
