Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chemical Cleaning Project Coordinator to join our team at CEDA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing strategic plans and estimates for Chemical Cleaning projects, ensuring project completion and technical support is available to field operations, and maintaining positive customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop cost estimates for projects as per plan, client requirements, and agreed-upon contracts.
  • Act as project manager, overseeing project sites, supervising personnel, equipment, material, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure work performance meets work plan schedule, quality, budget, and safety objectives.
  • Maintain project work-sites in a safe and environmentally sound condition, adhering to CEDA policies, procedures, and Safe Work Practices.
  • Prepare equipment layout, hookup requirements, and work lists for setup, processing, rig-down, and decontamination.
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relations by leading through safe work performance and measurable key performance indicators.
  • Monitor customer feedback and corrective actions, implementing improvements and adjustments to quality systems to meet customer requirements.
  • Represent CEDA as the face of the company on client sites, utilizing knowledge of Chemical Cleaning to speak knowledgeably with clients and sell CEDA's services.
  • Work with laboratory services and blend plant to coordinate chemistry needs required for project completion.
  • Familiarize yourself with client agreements for accurate control of obligations, using existing client agreements to build estimates.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Chemical Cleaning experience in industrial services/maintenance.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Class 5 license required; Class 1 or 3 license an asset.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products, AutoCAD, and Visio an asset.

  • Ability to articulate business vision, safety, and quality standards and service capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and set realistic deadlines.

  • Intermediate computer skills to build estimates and proposals in existing templates using Microsoft Office Suite products.
