About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Window Installation Specialist to join our team at CONSORT CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTORS. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of exterior prefabricated products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Repair
    • Install exterior prefabricated products, including windows, doors, and stairs, to meet established standards.
    • Repair and service exterior prefabricated products to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Quality Control
    • Check products for defects and ensure conformance to company standards.
    • Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating professionalism and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Pre-Installation Preparation
    • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
    • Determine layout and installation procedures.
    • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations.
  • Tool Utilization
    • Utilize hand and power tools to complete installations and repairs.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced construction environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
    • Work 37.5 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Will train.
  • Language
    • English.
