About the Role

Alex Case is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Aide to join our team. As a Housekeeping Aide, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients' homes.

Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, and appliances
  • Vacuum and clean carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture
  • Make beds and change sheets to maintain a clean and comfortable living space
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Ability to work independently and with attention to detail
  • Dependability, initiative, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a non-smoking environment
  • Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis
Work Environment

As a Housekeeping Aide, you will work in a variety of settings, including private homes and employer's residences. You will be required to work independently and with minimal supervision.

Language and Hours

The primary language of work is English, and the work term is permanent. The work hours are 32 hours per week.
