Job Summary:

The City of Delta is seeking a dynamic and creative individual to lead a variety of social, cultural, sport, and similar recreation programs in our recreation facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement creative, stimulating, and age-appropriate activities for school-aged children.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive program environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a high-quality program experience.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to participant needs.
  • Ensure program compliance with City of Delta policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children in a recreation setting is preferred.
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certifications are required.
  • Food Safe and High Five certifications are an asset.
  • A valid Class 5 BC Driver's License is desired.
