Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Team Leader to oversee our sales operations at The Skeena Bar & Skeena Liquor Store. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient retail environment.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role
Key Responsibilities
  • Authorize payment transactions and manage cash flow
  • Oversee the ordering and inventory of merchandise
  • Facilitate the return process for merchandise
  • Engage with customers to sell products and enhance their shopping experience
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on sales performance, inventory management, and staffing
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain issues
  • Maintain organized inventory systems
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members
  • Conduct performance evaluations for staff
  • Manage office and volunteer personnel
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a commitment of 35 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
