Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid G/G2 driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Capability to lift weights up to 50lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Previous experience in construction, operation, and paving

A Day in the Life

Prepare to immerse yourself in the construction sector as a labourer, becoming an essential part of our paving team. Your role will involve laying asphalt and ensuring its smooth application, contributing significantly to the creation of resilient, high-quality roads.

Your responsibilities will include material handling, operating power tools, and mastering asphalt machinery, with each day presenting new challenges and opportunities for skill enhancement.

Additionally, you may assist with traffic management and the setup and dismantling of construction zones.

Safety will always be paramount, as you adhere to established protocols, utilize personal protective equipment (PPE), maintain vigilance for potential hazards, communicate effectively, and foster a culture of safety.
