Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Support a strong commitment to superior and genuine customer service by exerting compassion, knowledge, and empathy to all customers and associates.

  • Lead Follow-up and Sales Records: Assist and follow up with online leads and maintain sales records for inventory control and track all Pool & Spa sales into provided excel spreadsheets & Commission reports.
  • Payment and A/R Management: Collect all outstanding payments before delivery or install, manage the A/R list.
  • Customer Orientation and Experience: Provide the customer a full pool & or spa orientation within Pioneer Family Pools guidelines.
  • Core Values and Principles: Use Pioneer Family Pools core values and principles to deliver a positive, friendly, and pleasant experience while exceeding our customers' expectations.
  • Retail Floor Maintenance: Maintain at all times a clean, friendly, sales-ready retail floor that is aligned with Pioneer Family Pools Corporate guidelines & expectations. Responsible for maintaining the showroom and products; cleaning spas & pools, this includes wiping them down from dust, cleaning both the inside/outside of products, keeping the chemical room neat and organized.
  • Spa and Pool Operations: Open and close all wet spas at the beginning of the shift; turn on lights and jets on low for waterfall at end of shift.
  • Customer Consultation and Advice: Advise customers and discuss type, quality, and quantity of merchandise sought for purchase.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Feedback: Drive the importance of developing satisfied customers leading to online reviews, and word of mouth marketing.
  • Customer Complaint Resolution: Review and track customer complaints and resolutions to ensure a high resolve rate and customer satisfaction.
  • Complex Customer Service Issues: Handle complex and escalated customer service issues to ensure a high level of response time and proper problem resolution.
  • Estimation and Quotation: Estimate or quote prices, credit terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates.
  • Merchandise Preparation:
  • Prepare merchandise for purchase.
  • Sales and Contract Preparation: Prepare sales, contracts, and accept cash, cheque, credit card, or automatic debit payment.
  • Inventory Management: Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems.
  • Electronic Commerce: May conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce.
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of university degree is required.
  • Sales Experience: Sales Experience (2+ years).
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated.
  • Knowledge and Learning: Determined to learn, expand, and maintain knowledge of our products/services.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Experience working in fast-paced environments.
  • Time Management and Prioritization: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Personality and Interpersonal Skills: Personable and outgoing in person and on the phone.
