The E-Commerce Store Supervisor is accountable for overseeing the operations of the online store, ensuring compliance with company policies, fostering a professional atmosphere, and managing online store personnel.

Store Operations
Drive and engage in initiatives aimed at achieving the strategic goals of the online store.
Enhance the Neighbourly Pharmacy brand through effective communication, presentations, and participation in relevant industry associations to boost brand visibility.

Adhere to and promote the company policy manual to cultivate a work environment that attracts and retains skilled, dedicated, and engaged employees.

Ensure that all current and new team members comply with store policies, taking necessary corrective actions when policy violations occur.
Manage procedures related to returns, customer feedback, store security, and employee benefits. Ensure proper opening and closing procedures, security measures, and end-of-day protocols are followed.
Maintain store cleanliness, security, and adherence to general housekeeping standards.
Project a warm, welcoming, and service-oriented image to customers.
Build strong relationships within the business community.
Ensure all areas of the online store are maintained to a high standard of professionalism.
Online Store Personnel
Oversee the online store staff in all operational aspects.

Provide training for all online store employees, ensuring they fulfill their roles as outlined in their job descriptions.

Coordinate work schedules for all online store personnel.
Supervise daily operations of all online store staff.
Collaborate with Human Resources to recruit, manage, and, if necessary, terminate online store employees.
Ensure that the online store operates with professionalism, including maintaining excellent customer service.
Inventory Management
Ensure effective inventory control across all departments, adhering to budgetary constraints and preferred supplier agreements.
Assist in budgeting, purchasing, inventory management, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
Ensure proper ordering and setup of sales promotions.

Control shrinkage in areas such as returns, damages, and theft, while following pricing and receiving protocols.

Manage the monthly inventory cycle count and reporting to the Inventory Manager.

Handle sales representatives through the POS system, approving suggested orders and ensuring all claims, damages, and returns are processed appropriately.

Collaborate with the receiver to maintain retail pricing in line with company policy and local market conditions.

Coordinate with the receiver to ensure adequate stock of store supplies.

Oversee all promotional signage and materials, ensuring correct placement and visibility.
Operate the online store in accordance with the guidelines and objectives set by Neighbourly Pharmacy.

Participate in establishing financial operating budgets and policy objectives for both short-term and long-term goals.

Ensure accurate record-keeping, reporting, and timely communication with the Accounting Office.
A minimum of 3 years of prior experience in retail management, including responsibilities in purchasing, loss prevention, and inventory control, is required.
Proven ability to drive business success, lead by example, and support corporate initiatives.
