Responsibilities
  • Ensure a seamless check-in experience for passengers
  • Support self-serve kiosks and facilitate efficient boarding processes
  • Prepare aircraft for on-time departures and greet arriving passengers
  • Enforce airline and airport policies, maintaining a safe and stress-free environment
  • Collaborate with airline crew and maintain a positive attitude
  • Meet physical demands, including lifting up to 70lbs/32kgs and performing light grooming duties
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role
  • Proven track record of punctuality and reliability
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with computers and software
  • Completion or working towards a Travel and Tourism Diploma, Marketing, or Business Diploma
  • Flexible availability for shift work, including early mornings, days, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to meet all conditions of employment, including a Restricted Area pass, criminal background check, and valid driver's license
