Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Skyway Brands YVR Inc. as part of our ongoing efforts to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our food service operations.
  • Supervise Food Preparation: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to food service staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Manage Inventory: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Lead Team: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, as well as food order summaries for the chef.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
