Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food

  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Food Safety Certificate
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
