Job Title: Electrical Construction Foreman/Woman

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Foreman/Woman to join our team at NV Electrical Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate electrical construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Lead and train a team of electrical technicians and apprentices, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost management.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality results.
  • Conduct site inspections, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure project quality and safety.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical construction, with a strong background in project management and supervision.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards, with the ability to apply this knowledge to ensure project compliance.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle, with the ability to travel to project sites as required.
