Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation/Process Engineer to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of strategic and tactical plans for our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the creation of strategic and tactical plans for our facilities, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Plant Engineering, and Industrial Engineering, to enhance sortation, methods, and measurement for our automated sites.
  • Develop and manage peak season and special operating plan volume guidance to ensure accurate planning for staffing, equipment, and capacity needs.
  • Supervise the deployment of new technologies and communicate changes to our automated facilities.
  • Oversee automation upgrades and deployment, preparing and monitoring planning results.
  • Assess the impacts of new services, software, and methods on operations and monitor site performance.
  • Investigate facility automation feasibility and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. You will also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
