Job Overview
A position for a Light Duty Cleaner is available in Burlington, focusing on evening shifts from Monday to Friday, totaling 16.5 hours weekly, with a start time post 5:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities
The essential duties and responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
  • General dusting, vacuuming, and mopping of various surfaces
  • Thorough cleaning of restrooms and replenishing supplies
  • Disposing of waste and recycling materials
  • Wet cleaning of horizontal surfaces
  • Spot cleaning of walls and glass surfaces
  • Sanitizing frequently touched areas
  • Additional tasks as assigned
  • Building positive relationships with clients when feasible
  • Delivering a high standard of service that surpasses client expectations
  • Adhering to all company safety protocols and workplace policies
Qualifications
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Physically capable of lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to work effectively in diverse environments
  • Ability to work independently
  • Prior experience in a commercial cleaning environment is advantageous
