Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Bear Creek Liquor Center Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring a high level of customer service and sales performance.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Inventory Management
    • Oversee the receipt, storage, and inventory of merchandise, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
    • Implement effective inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyzing sales trends and identifying opportunities for growth.
    • Monitor and analyze customer feedback, making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a dynamic retail environment, interacting with customers and staff in a professional and courteous manner.

Language

This position requires fluency in English.
