Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 1940697 ALBERTA LTD O/A MAC'S CONVENIENCE STORE/ CIRCLE K. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing sales staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom management.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
  • Financial Management: Authorize payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, well-maintained, and meets company standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
