Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Bath & Body Works. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the on-field management team and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assume directional tasks delegated by the Boutique Leader and provide individual and team feedback to improve sales and customer experience.
  • Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Set sales, performance, outcome, and accountability goals for each associate and reinforce these goals.
  • Lead by example by applying sales and customer experience standards and establishing the direction and goals for the day and shift.
  • Build a loyal and satisfied customer base through interaction, conversion, and capturing customer loyalty.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including bank deposits and receiving deliveries, and analyze and disseminate company guidelines.
  • Act as Boutique Leader as scheduled to support customer service, work with vendors, or address maintenance issues.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership Team members to support action plans that optimize results and ensure efficient management of operational activities.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures and ensure compliance with company guidelines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in achieving sales results and ability to communicate and foster a customer-focused sales culture.
  • Ability to train associates in real-time and effectively and availability for varied shifts including weekends, closing shifts, and peak periods.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in retail, and high school diploma or equivalent.
