About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our procurement function. As a Procurement Co-op, you will be responsible for developing and updating training modules, revising Standard Operating Procedures, and collaborating with various departments to gain insights and incorporate specific needs into training materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and update training modules for the procurement function, ensuring they are comprehensive and up to date.
  • Revise and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process flow diagrams to improve clarity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with different P&L departments within procurement to gain insights and incorporate specific needs into training materials.
  • Analyse various procurement-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to aid in decision-making processes.
  • Participate in meetings and workshops, presenting updates and receiving feedback on ongoing projects.

Bonus Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis, document creation, and effective presentations.
  • Familiarity with any procurement software or tools is a plus.
